Our specialty - and the majority of our work - for the past 30 years has been the installation of Grout Filled Fabric Revetment Mat - GFFR. We seek to provide our clients with a wide range of soil and road stabilization products, and GFFR is only one of them. Although most of our work is in the GFFR field, we also specialize in Geotextile Paving Interlayers, Articulating Concrete Block - ACB, Containment Liners, Cellular Confinement, and Gabions.
Grout Filled Fabric Revetment
Grout Filled Fabric Revetment (GFFR), with its various and customizable product lines and thicknesses, offers the best type of ditch paving on the market. It has been used to protect against erosion in all sorts of applications: from small splash pads at the end of stormwater pipes to dam overflow weirs to multi-acre water flow conveyance basins, and to shoreline protection around ponds, lakes, rivers, and oceans.
Geotextile Paving Interlayer
A Geotextile Paving Interlayer, initially known to most as Paving Fabric is a layer placed inside the road structure. They are designed to work hand in hand with a Hot-Applied Binder to extend the life of the pavement. There are several types, some serve primarily as waterproofing agents keeping the base dry and therefore rigid. And there are other Composite types, which along with the Geotextile waterproofing aspect they have attached Laminated Fiberglass Grids which serve to disperse the traffic load. All work to retard alligator cracking and prolong the time intervals between resurfacings.
Pond & Containment Liners
From a pond in the front yard to lagoon liners to chemical containment synthetic liners are used all over the world.
Articulating Concrete Block
Per-cast Articulating Concrete Block Mats are a great form of revetment. Installing them comes with its own level of interesting challenges, sometimes overcomeable and sometimes another product can be just as efficient.
Cellular Confinement
Cellular Confinement is great for grass paring areas and certain slopes where a grassy slope is the desired end result.
Gabions
Gabions and Reno Mats is a great Heavy Duty industrial revetment system.
